After it’s screening at Sundance London this weekend we are pleased to share the first trailer for new British horror film, IN FEAR starring newcomers Alice Englert (Ginger & Rosa, Beautiful Creatures), Iain De Caestecker (Joss Whedon’s AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D) and Allen Leech (Downton Abbey). It’s in cinemas this Autumn. In Fear is director Jeremy Lovering’s feature debut after helming classic episodes of TV serials such as Sherlock and Spooks.

The third and final Premiere on the Horror Chanel this month will see Elevator on for the first time this Saturday, April 27th. It’s the night of a gala cocktail party for the Barton Investment Company at their swanky Manhattan high-rise offices. Nine people enter the lift headed for the penthouse but on the way up a practical joke stalls the elevator fifty floors up. Suspenseful twists and turns reveal one of the occupants is carrying a bomb. American Director Stig Svendsen takes us on a deftly paced white-knuckle ride. More

Tom Six, currently in the States shooting Human Centipede 3, will help select the winner of the 666 Short Cuts to Hell short film competition, fronted by FrightFest and Movie Mogul, in association with Horror Channel.

Six said today that he was ‘delighted’ and ‘flattered’ to be invited to join the panel and was looking forward to hopefully meeting the six finalists winner at this year’s FrightFest event in August. More

Having personally missed out on the World Premiere of North Wales’ first ever Zombie Apocalypse Epic, Zombies From Ireland, we sent Alison Raouf along to enjoy the evening and talk to the Director Mr Ryan Kift. Made with no money to talk of this fully independent film finally puts North Wales on the Zombie map.

Let’s face it: the zombie apocalypse could be upon us at any time. But if you were to guess its point of origin, would Ireland be the first place you thought of? Then again, would north Wales top many people’s list of locations for a new zombie movie? Nonetheless, Zombies from Ireland which premiered this Halloween in Blaenau Ffestiniog is a welcome addition to the zombie canon. More
